Dispute Resolution

This process gives customers and prospective customers a clear way to raise and resolve service, billing, access, payment, or support concerns with LabTrakPro.

Last updated: August 27, 2026

Start with customer support

If you have a concern about LabTrakPro, contact customer support first by emailing alvinbregana@gmail.com or using the contact form. Include enough detail for the issue to be reviewed accurately.

Helpful details include your name, laboratory name, contact information, invoice or payment reference if applicable, a description of the concern, relevant dates, screenshots, and the outcome you are requesting.

Review process

LabTrakPro will acknowledge and review submitted concerns in good faith. The review may include checking account records, support history, invoices, payment status, service logs, implementation notes, and relevant communications.

LabTrakPro may request additional information before deciding the appropriate resolution. Possible outcomes include clarification, technical support, billing correction, service adjustment, refund review, or written explanation.

System records used in dispute reviews

For service or account concerns, LabTrakPro may review relevant system records such as user access status, role assignments, activity logs, audit records, order or transaction status, specimen workflow status, result release records, report generation history, support notes, backup status, and configuration history.

For privacy, patient, laboratory, or billing concerns, LabTrakPro will limit review to information reasonably needed to understand and resolve the issue, support the customer environment, respond to the customer, or comply with payment processor, financial partner, legal, or security requirements.

Billing and payment disputes

For billing or card payment concerns, contact LabTrakPro as soon as possible so the issue can be investigated before filing a bank or card network dispute.

If a formal payment dispute or chargeback is opened, LabTrakPro may provide transaction records, invoices, service records, communication history, and policy references to the payment processor or financial partner as part of the review.

Escalation

If the concern is not resolved through initial support, request escalation by replying to the same email thread and clearly marking the message as an escalation request.

LabTrakPro will review escalated concerns with the available business, technical, and billing context and provide a final response or next step where practical.
