Use of the website

The LabTrakPro website provides information about laboratory workflow software, product capabilities, demo requests, and customer support channels. Visitors may use this website for lawful business inquiry and evaluation purposes.

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit false inquiry details, interfere with site operation, or use the website in a way that could harm LabTrakPro, its customers, or other visitors.

Demo requests and service discussions

Submitting a demo or contact request does not create a paid subscription, purchase commitment, or service contract. LabTrakPro will use the information submitted to respond to your inquiry, qualify your needs, and discuss implementation options.

Any pricing, subscription, implementation, customization, or support terms will be confirmed separately in a written proposal, invoice, service agreement, or similar business document.

Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate business, billing, implementation, and user information. Customers are also responsible for ensuring that their use of LabTrakPro follows applicable laboratory, privacy, data protection, health, and business regulations.

Where LabTrakPro is configured for a customer environment, the customer is responsible for authorized user access, internal workflow approvals, and the accuracy of patient, order, billing, and laboratory data entered by its staff.

Customer users may enter or manage patient profiles, physician details, laboratory and imaging orders, specimen status, test selections, prices, discounts, receipts, laboratory results, imaging findings, generated reports, release records, audit records, user roles, and administrative settings. Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the proper authority and consent to enter, process, retain, and share that information through the system.

System operation and data use

LabTrakPro uses customer environment data to provide the requested software functions, including registration, order management, billing checkpoints, specimen routing, result processing, imaging workflow, report generation, analytics, auditability, access control, support, backups, and administration.

LabTrakPro may access system records when needed to provide support, investigate technical issues, maintain service reliability, review billing or payment concerns, comply with law, or protect the platform and its users.

Payments and billing

Payments may apply to software subscriptions, setup, implementation, customization, training, support, or related services. Billing terms, accepted payment methods, due dates, and taxes will be stated in the applicable invoice, quotation, or service agreement.

Customers should contact LabTrakPro promptly if they believe a payment, invoice, or billing record is incorrect so the concern can be reviewed before escalation.

Intellectual property and limitations

LabTrakPro owns or licenses the website content, product names, visual materials, software designs, and related intellectual property shown on this website. No rights are transferred except as expressly agreed in writing.

Website information is provided for general product evaluation and may change as the platform evolves. LabTrakPro does not guarantee that every feature shown will be available in every customer environment or implementation plan.
