Information collected

LabTrakPro may collect information you submit through the website, including your name, work email, laboratory name, phone number, message, and other details you choose to provide.

LabTrakPro may also collect ordinary technical information needed to operate and secure the website, such as browser type, device information, approximate location signals, timestamps, and server logs.

Information handled by the LabTrakPro system

When a laboratory uses LabTrakPro, the system may handle information entered by the customer and its authorized users, including patient profiles, demographics, contact details, physician details, laboratory orders, imaging orders, selected tests, packages, prices, discounts, payment status, receipts, specimen tracking details, laboratory results, imaging findings, report files, comments, signatories, release status, and related operational records.

The system may also handle user account details, assigned roles, permissions, activity records, audit logs, system settings, laboratory branding, report configuration, service catalogs, backup status, and other administrative data needed to run the platform.

LabTrakPro does not collect patient records through the public website contact form. Patient, order, billing, result, and imaging information is handled only when it is entered into or processed through a configured LabTrakPro customer environment.

Submitted information is used to respond to inquiries, schedule demos, discuss implementation needs, provide support, prepare proposals, handle billing questions, and improve LabTrakPro communications and service operations.

Customer system data is used to provide the configured LabTrakPro functions, including patient registration, order and transaction management, specimen routing, result encoding and release, imaging workflow, document generation, reporting, user access control, audit review, administration, support, backup, and service reliability.

LabTrakPro does not sell inquiry or customer contact information. Information is used for legitimate business communication related to LabTrakPro products and services.

Sharing and service providers

LabTrakPro may share limited information with trusted service providers that help operate the website, deliver email, process business communications, host software, provide support, or manage billing.

Customer system data is accessed or shared only as needed to provide, secure, support, troubleshoot, maintain, bill for, or improve the configured service, or as otherwise directed by the customer or required by applicable law.

Information may also be disclosed when required by law, regulation, legal process, fraud prevention, security review, or to protect the rights and safety of LabTrakPro, customers, users, or the public.

Security and retention

LabTrakPro uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect submitted information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure.

Operational records may be retained inside the customer environment for laboratory workflow, audit, reporting, billing, backup, and continuity purposes. Retention settings and deletion requests may depend on the customer agreement, implementation setup, backup availability, and legal or regulatory requirements.

Website inquiry and customer communication information is retained only as long as needed for business, support, billing, legal, security, or recordkeeping purposes, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

You may request correction, deletion, or review of your submitted contact information by contacting LabTrakPro. Some records may need to be retained for legitimate business, billing, support, security, or legal reasons.
